This Privacy Policy explains how Tollbit collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information of website visitors, business customers and prospects, and other business representatives, to the extent the company collects this information for its own business purposes.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information Tollbit handles on behalf of the company's business customers. In those circumstances, Tollbit acts a data processor or service provider, and Tollbit's processing of the personal information is governed by the company's agreements with its customers.
Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information for our own business purposes:
  • Identifiers, including first and last name, email address, and phone number
  • Preferences for receiving communications about our services and publications, and details about how users engage with our marketing communications
  • Information users provide when they interact with content on our website
  • Information users provide in connection with requests to contact us or requests for customer service Information users provide in connection with their participation in a contest, sweepstakes, research study, or email survey

We may also collect information by automated means – such as cookies, beacons, pixels and other technologies provided by third parties – when users visit our website. This information included details about users' interactions with our site, and data about the device and network such as the computer's or mobile device's operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), mobile network, IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.

Tollbit may also receive personal information from service providers, advertisers, business partners, data companies and other third parties. We may combine this data with other information we collect.
How We Use Personal Information
Tollbit uses personal information to:
  • Provide Services. To perform our contracts with our customers and website visitors.
  • Communications and Customer Support. To respond to requests or other communications we receive by email, phone or otherwise, and to provide more effective and efficient customer service.
  • Fraud Protection and Security. To conduct internal business operations to keep our services safe and secure, such as auditing, detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity and resolving crashes.

  • Personalization. To customize content, preferences, and advertising.
  • Compliance and Legal Reasons. To enforce and comply with our terms and policies, to comply with our legal obligations such as applicable laws, regulations, and other legal processes and procedures, or where it is in our legitimate interests to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

Users can change their settings to know when certain cookies are being set or updated, or to block certain cookies altogether. Please note that Tollbit does not control the choices that are available through above third party offerings.
Online Analytics and Interest-Based Advertising
Analytics. We may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar technologies; engage in auditing, research, or reporting; assist with fraud prevention; and provide certain features to website visitors. To prevent Google Analytics from using Personal Information for analytics, users may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on by clicking here.

Interest-Based Advertising. When users use visit our website, we may use the information we collect to display advertising on other websites, such as Facebook or Google, about products, services, and related features that we think may be of interest to the users. This type of advertising is called retargeting. In order to provide this interest-based advertising, we may use third party service providers that, on our behalf, may place cookies or other tracking technologies, such as cookies and SDKs on user's computer browsers, mobile phone applications, or other devices to collect information about use of our website services to provide interest-based advertising to those users both on our website and across the Internet.

Please note that to the extent advertising technology is integrated into the website, website visitors may still receive advertising even if they opt-out as described above. In that case, the advertising will just not be based on the visitors' interests. Do Not Track. Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Because of the changing state of technology and indecision within the industry regarding the meaning of DNT signals, we currently do not make any guarantee that we will honor DNT signals.   • Prospective Purchasers, Assignees and other Parties Involved in Corporate Transactions. We reserve the right to transfer personal information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, diligence, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets.

We maintain physical, technical, administrative, and organizational security measures that are designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. While we strive to protect personal information against unauthorized use or disclosure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information we maintain.​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our services, or advances in technology. We will make the revised Privacy Policy accessible through our website, so users should review the Privacy Policy periodically.
